A Design Story
I built my design practice on the belief that great spaces begin with what is already good — sometimes it just needs the right eye to bring it forward. I spent years working in home staging, where I learned how to tell a compelling story with a space — quickly, and with purpose. What started as preparing homes for sale naturally evolved into something more lasting: clients asking me to help design their new homes, from the inside out. This is how Exactly Right Design began — not in a studio, but in real homes, with real people, responding to work that felt right.
My own aesthetic leans warm modern eclectic — clean lines, layered textures, and thoughtful contrast — but my role is not to impose a style. It is to help clients recognize what they already respond to, then give that taste structure and clarity.
Each project is guided by three pillars:
Function Meets Form: Aesthetics does not have to come at the price of practicality.
Generosity and Abundance: A well-designed space feels nurturing and full of life.
The Courage to Discover: Personal style is rooted in self-expression - not imitation.
If you are ready to start designing a space that feels exactly right, I would love to hear your story.
